Perfect location, immaculate room, excellent communication about how to access the apartment

Location was perfect, overlooking the centre of the town just a couple of steps from many restaurants.

Finding a parking space when it’s busy can be tricky but we got one in the end.

Would recommend.

Lovely apartment (apartment 4). Very spacious, both the living room and bedroom has wonderful views. Very quiet and relaxing. Air con was very good. The bed was very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Had tea/coffee/sugar/milk pods/a bottle of beer/pods for dishwasher etc. Nicely decorated. A good, large smart TV with all the apps. Very reasonable price. Would recommend and definitely return.

A few bits could be improved. A mirror over the table in the bedroom could become a dressing table. I had to sit on the floor in the hallway to get ready as no other mirror in the apartment. Nowhere to hang clothes?? Just open shelves. A rail in the bedroom would be useful. A little bit of damp in the bedroom above the air con unit. The shower drained very slowly, so may need to be unblocked? We didnt like the crinkled pillows.

Super studio, great location, poor customer service

Great location in town center. Fantastic view of castle. The studio/apartment was very spacious and clean and was evidently newly renovated. We really loved the accommodation. If the customer service was better the lace would rate a '10'

Having to check in at hotel 2 km outside town. This seems ridiculous in this day and age. Check in should be online and codes provided. Host comments that 'not everyone has credit cards' is outdated. Wifi and internet (and thus also no Netflix etc) was not working. When I contacted the hotel reception the lady said that they would send someone and put the phone down before I could continue to say anything. No response after that (also not after sending a message to the hotel later in the evening). The next day I saw someone working on it. Finally received a a message that it should be working again (after I left). No apologies given

Twee bejaarden op de derde verdieping stallen is lichtelijk asociaal. Er was geen lift. Bovendien had je geen uitzicht. Tenzij je op een stoel ging staan. Dit ivm de hooggeplaatste schuine dakramen. Zijn na twee nachtjes slapen maar naar huis gegaan.
