A gem in the city

Fantastic flat, spacious, newly refurbished and beautiful, comfortable, close to train station, food shop, restaurants, and even beach can be reached on foot. Comfortable beds, balcony is useful to dry swimsuits. Sebastian was always available within minutes. It is much better option than Movenpick to which we had to move as a part of a tour . Better quality and better price!

Beautiful large apartment in a perfect area near the main central station

Right next to the train station so ideal location and also good value for money with the size of the property.

Very nice apartment! I absolutely recommend it!

Generally a nice, updated, and very big apartment with all necessary amenities, which can easily be used for a long and comfortable stay, even for a whole family. Very pretty apartment design with pleasant room colors, and especially a super nicely decorated bathroom. All furniture was in very good condition. A very bright place with a great amount of natural daylight. Access to a balcony with a partial city view. A well-furnished kitchen area with a big dining table and a large refrigerator that can fit a lot of food and drinks. Fast Wi-Fi. Great, easy-going, and very kind host; he allowed me to check in early in the morning since the apartment was empty the night before. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was always fast and smooth whenever I needed anything. Very easy check-in instructions and check-in process. Reasonable nightly rate I paid (€65).

Tricky location – good on one hand because it is right next to the central train station and within easy walking distance to the heart of Bari and Old Town Bari, but not pleasant on the other hand because there are many homeless people and some questionable and suspicious-looking individuals around the area. Very old, slow, and small elevator in the building – it can literally fit only two people and one piece of luggage. Two Double beds pushed together (with a noticeable gap between them) in both bedrooms; I believe at least one room should have a proper Queen or, even better, a King bed, which would be more comfortable for one person or a couple. The bathroom was quite small, with everything very close together, and the tiny shower stall leaked water onto the floor.
