The property is at a great location - you can walk to most of the historic locations and many cafes, bars, trattorias and places to eat in walking distance. The apartment was very quiet, well lit and all the necessary appliances (ACs in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with content to watch) were available. The host was always reachable - whenever I contacted him, he responded within minutes.
The apartment was not dirty but could have been cleaner - for instance, the bed sheets could have been whiter. Also, a minor thing was that we were a family of four and had two large towels and two small ones available. We managed but we would have appreciated four large ones instead (I did not mention this to the host - perhaps if I did, he would have supplied more). Also, again this did not affect us one bit, but there is no lift in the common area and the apartment is on the second floor.

Très bon emplacement pour se promener dans le centre
Les plombs qui sautent si on utilise la machine à laver en même temps que la clim

The location was excellent, very precise instructions on how to get there & inside, 10 minutes walk to get to the main square passing lots of lovely cafes & shops.
Two separate comfortable bedrooms with good aircon & very well equipped kitchen, where we had been left some snacks, tea bags & coffee pods.
Cute (but narrow) little balcony to drink your morning beverage on.
Giuseppe was extremely quick to respond to our questions.
Drain in the shower needed attention but the host was onto it immediately when pointed out.
