To był absolutny koszmar i sytuacja, której nie życzę nikomu. Podróżowaliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci (4 i 12 lat) oraz s

This was an absolute nightmare and one of the worst travel experiences of our lives. We were travelling with two children (4 and 12 years old) and an elderly person (73 years old). Due to very bad road conditions, heavy fog, traffic jams and accidents, we arrived less than one hour later, and we informed the host in advance. When we arrived, we were not able to open the door. We followed the instructions exactly, but the door simply did not work. We tried to get inside for more than 1.5–2 hours. No one helped us. The phone was unreachable. Messages were ignored. As a result, two women, two children and an elderly person were left outside at night in a foreign country, exhausted after a long journey. We had to look for another place to stay on our own, not via Booking. It was extremely stressful and frightening. The next day, the host refused any refund, claiming that “everything works”, despite the fact that we could not enter the apartment that night. Even their staff member later had problems opening the door, which clearly shows there was a technical issue. No responsibility. No empathy. No real support. If something goes wrong, you will be left completely alone. Strongly NOT recommended, especially for families with children or elderly people.

Niestety, zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym apartamencie. Po przyjeździe zastałam niezmienioną, nieświeżą i nieprzyjemnie pachnącą pościel. Niestety, nieświadomie położyłam w tym łóżku swoje dziecko, co było dla mnie szczególnie przykre i niedopuszczalne. Już od wejścia wyczuwalny był nieprzyjemny zapach. W apartamencie znajdowały się również zabrudzone ściany, zaniedbana armatura oraz ogólne wrażenie braku odpowiedniej dbałości o czystość i higienę. Daję jedną gwiazdkę, ponieważ czystość i higiena powinny być absolutną podstawą w każdym obiekcie oferującym nocleg. Piszę tę opinię przede wszystkim jako ostrzeżenie dla innych osób. Jeśli zależy Wam na czystym i zadbanym miejscu, przed dokonaniem rezerwacji zdecydowanie warto dobrze przemyśleć wybór tego apartamentu.

Bardzo brudny i uszkodzony obiekt

Po spędzeniu w obiekcie kilku godzin jedynym plusem był sklep żabka leżący nieopodal.

Po wejściu do obiektu zastaliśmy bardzo brudną podłogę, zniszczone meble, rozwalony kran w toalecie, brudne ściany i meble oraz szklanki, poplamione firanki i krzesła. Internet jest tak wolny że muzyka na YT zacinała się non stop. Po złożeniu rezerwacji kontakt z właścicielką był nieosiągalny mimo wiadomości i połączeń- dopiero oficjalna i infolinia booking pomogła w tej sprawie. Dodam że był to mój wyjazd biznesowy.

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bez problemu parking. Czyste mieszkanie. Są trzy apartamenty ten 55ZF/91 najsłabszy. Pozostałe dwa znacznie lepsze.

Zepsuty kran w łazience , tylko gorąca woda. Sofa w salonie strasznie twarda i zepsuta, bardzo niewygodna. Widać że nikt nie sprawdza na bieżąco stanu mieszkań .😩 Jak zwykle w tych apartamentach brak ekspresu do kawy. Jeśli to komuś nie przeszkadza to polecam.
