I liked the ambience, murals, as well as cleanliness! Location is very near central streets, historic center! Manager was very helpful explaining the facilities, as well as surroundings (where to try local cuisine, what places to see etc.). Also - very big balcony!

The bathroom facilities were incredible clean, especially for a shared bathroom. The property manager was so incredible and great with communication! He gave us so many recommendations and truly was the best. Location felt safe and just a short walk to everything we needed. Would return.
Only thing to note would be that the builds can be a tiny bit echoey. So sometimes when people got home late you could hear but can be solved with some earplugs or a deep sleep.

It was very clean, even the bathroom was clean although being shared
The location within the area arriving to the property at night, the community at night doesn't feel safe. Not only bathroom is shared even the balcony is shared so we always kept the shutter of the door closed
