The apartment is located in the heart of the charming town of Ålbæk, just a few hundred meters from the town center with its various shops and restaurants. It’s also just a few hundred meters from the town’s train station, where you can easily continue on to Skagen or Frederikshavn. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a new kitchen/family room with a dining table, 1 bathroom, a living room with a TV and Chromecast, and a dining area, and it’s equipped with everything five people need for a comfortable vacation. It was built in 1900 but renovated in 2024. If you’re traveling with a computer or tablet, you can connect to the house’s Wi-Fi and relax on the sofa. The house has two apartments, each with its own entrance; this apartment is accessed from the main street and is located on the first floor. Electricity, water, and heat are included in the rent, so you can sit back and enjoy your vacation without worrying about reading meters or settling bills afterward. If the weather is nice, you might want to take a trip to the beach, which is just a short walk away, where you can take a refreshing morning dip before breakfast. NOTE: The house is not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
