It was 2 mine apartments, offering lots of privacy and space for our family if 4. Having 2 washrooms was great. There’s view was excellent. Location is fantastic right near the Lapad promenade, Sunset Beach, and the Setnica walking trail.
It was very tiring to walk up all the stairs or uphill on a steep road to get back to the property in the heat. But that’s what gave us such a good view so it’s a trade off. It would be easier when it’s not so hot. If you would like to be near the old town it’s pretty far at 20 minutes away and parking near the old town is very expensive.
