Amazing location just right outside the old city, convenient to get food and to get to places.
The whole hotel has terrible flooring, amplifying the noise in any step you take. 0 sound proof walls. Being in the room next to the elevator, I could hear every guest that comes back or leaves the hotel.
The staff were never around, you've got to contact them on WhatsApp. The service provided were pretty subpar - we asked for laundry services and had to go to the hotel next to it to collect the laundry when it's done rather than it being delivered back to our room.
Additionally, the staff would rudely remind you the check out time, and if you've dropped off the key... without checking if you've already done it.
