The accommodation is very close to the station and in a central location, close to the supermarkets and shops. The studio was spacious and has more than the necessary appliances. It was very well-equipped. It is very easily accessible.
The accommodation needed more cleaning: many surfaces were quite dusty and the surfaces had many fingerprints and other types of stains stains and (food) rests, so we cleaned the surfaces upon arrival. There was also a very noticeable musty odour that could not be covered by the Ambi Pur air freshener. This gave the space a chemically synthetic and quite unpleasant smell, due to poor ventilation, even though there are several ventilation vents. We tried to air the place out for several hours a day, but it did not much improve. The entrance door is rather thin, so we could hear everything happening in the hallway of the building. The street and neighbourhood is extremely busy, but the studio blocked out a lot of noise! This type of busy area was just not for us, but if you do not mind this, it is a very good location.

The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable, the whole flat very spacious. Excellent place. Although it’s on the main road it was remarkably quiet. We arrived earlier than expected - but our host was still most welcoming.

Heel centrale plek in Spa. Goede wandel- en autoroutes.
Veel autoverkeer langs de accommodatie die op de begane grond gelegen is. Overigens is de isolatie van het appartement met HR++ beglazing uitstekend. Hierdoor ervaar je nauwelijks verkeersoverlast. Ventileren is echter via de woonkamer minder toereikend, vanwege het verkeer.
