Secure
Although it’s secure, it is quite a chore getting in. Code to get in the building , code in the elevator, code to your room. To go to the parking garage you have to through this every time. The front of refrigerator was dirty! It says 2 beds but no linens for the pullout sofa!

The location was great, with plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. There was live music next door on our first night, but it ended at a reasonable time, and the area was quiet afterward. The instructions for accessing both the building and the unit were clear and easy to follow.
The only small snag we encountered was that the washer wasn’t working. However, I contacted the number provided, and they quickly arranged for maintenance to come and fix it. My only suggestion would be to check the appliances before each guest’s arrival to help prevent issues like this. Overall, they did a great job resolving the problem promptly.
