Gość czuje sie zaopiekowany, Karol ma wielkie serducho do tego co robi i wklada w to mnostwo pracy, zwierzeta sa zadbane, jedzenie domowe i pyszne - sniadania i obiady nie do przejedzenia, a i tak jest proponowana dokładka gdyby czegos zabraklo. Do dyspozycji gosci kawa, herbata, ciasto, woda, czy platki sniadaniowe zeby przekąsić miedzy posiłkami. Jest tez aneks kuchenny, w ktorym mozna przygotowywac swoje posilki. W sezonie letnim zamiast kolacji - codziennie ognisko. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.
Pokój i aneks w oborze (nad salą do posiłków) niezbyt dobrze posprzątane, ale to jedyny minus jaki przychodzi mi do głowy.

Fantastyczne miejsce dla dzieci wspaniałe zwierzęta które są bardzo łagodne i przyjacielskie. Bardzo dobre swojskie jedzenie ,smaczne i bardzo duże porcje. Bardzo sympatyczni ludzie wszyscy życzliwi ,mili i serdeczni. Z czystym sumieniem bardzo gorąco polecam wszystkim petarda wspaniałe miejsce niedaleko warszawy.

Ogólnie farma jest zagracona, mydło i powidło. Cześć wspólna dość brudna, zakurzona. Obiady i śniadania - za tą cenę naprawdę można byłoby się bardziej postarać.
