Whether you're curling up with a good book, watching a movie or just need a place to relax after enjoying Milwaukee’s nightlife, this is your retreat to unwind and recharge. Sleep well with your choices of medium or firm mattresses and pillows. Enjoy WiFi, fans and spring water bedside. You are steps away from Bay View's shops, restaurants, bars, café’s and much more. Minutes to Downtown Milwaukee & the MKE Airport. Bus stops, bar shuttles and electric scooters are within walking distance for your planned outings to games, concerts, festivals and more. Great place to stay in Milwaukee! The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need! I didn’t realize someone lived upstairs, but there wasn’t any issues with it. The neighborhood was close to many great things to do We would definitely stay here again!

tl;dr Fantastic house, wonderful owner, super location.Now, let's talk details. Start with the pros.- Individual owner, NOT a corporation. I prefer to rent from someone who cares about the community and spends their money locally.- The house is furnished like a home, not a soulless corporate apartment. This place actually has things you'll use, like condiments, bakeware, and a ton of other housewares to make it homey.- Signs! Robin (the owner) has a label maker, and BOY does she use it. Everything is labeled. I thought this was a little over the top when I first saw it, but honestly, it's hella useful. I knew where everything was and how to use it. Very convenient.- Lists! Robin also has a couple of fantastic lists with answers to "Where's the...?" Things in the house like extension cords, extra towels, kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, bags, foil, etc.), and more. But also things in the neighborhood. Want a great pizza place? How about a brew pub? A good bakery? It's on the list.- Special touches. Robin left a 4-pack of local root beer & ice cream for floats. She set out glasses and spoons too. Who does that?!? Robin does. And you know who doesn't? Corporate rentals. See point #1.Now, let's talk about cons.- It's an older house. IMO that adds to the charm, but it isn't a modern ADA-compliant building.- That's it. I can't think of another. And I'm running out of space in this review, so...Rent this place. It's a home away from home, and the owner is amazing!

Home is immaculate and fully stocked. Hosts were so accomodating and thoughtful about treats, where things are located and making our stay stress-free.

This home exceeded our expectations! We were welcomed by all the personal touches and lovely extras - the birthday banner, root beer floats, cupcake, and "happy birthday" lyrics. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly want to make our stay just perfect. So comfortable and so close to fun shops and restaurants. We highly recommend!
