Rambler, one level house with pool. The 4th bedroom is a detached apartment off of the side patio. It has its own bathroom. Guest(s) will have access to the whole home, backyard and pool area, and the detached apartment. NO access to the garage.

SAFETY at the POOL
NO DIVING – the pool has deeper end but NOT DEEP ENOUGH for DIVING
ALWAYS have someone at least 18 and up on lifeguard duty and in charge of keeping track of all swimmers
The pool comes with pool cage
Other things to note:
NO access to the garage
Kids/baby items are available upon request. Add’l cleaning services are available for an added cost
Guest(s) will be asked to confirm that they have read and understand house rules. Questions regarding house rules are always welcome
