I have stayed here several times over last few years not as pleased this time. We requested a disability room and it was not a disability room. They offered to move us the next day but we declined the move due to so much to move.
I do wish they would have the hot tubs by the pool working and both warm. The pool was too cold to enjoy. The jets in the hot tubs near pool are not working. The dishwasher in our unit was not working and one of the burners on the stove not working. Our room was on 1st floor. Too noisy from above unable to rest. Need to update some of furniture worn.
I like the proximity to the shows, strips and attractions. Easy to park. Clean Room and grounds i like having a kitchen and washer and dryer

If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.
