Decent breakfast, helpful staff and nice to have shuttle transfers. Note that rooms are not serviced during the stay.

Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle buses and supermarket.
Average breakfast.
Room only cleaned once in our 11 night stay and bin emptied on one other occasion. We had the same sheets for all 11 nights which I've never experienced at a hotel ever!
The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have them pick us up and drop us off to the Welcome Centre for the bus to Sapporo Airport.
