I traveled with family and staffs gave a great impression of great service. He was very helpful on our tiring journey to get all our luggage to our room with a smile. We got into the room and was wows by the decoration and the size of the room. The view was great. It was clean and spacious. We love it except the show did not run too well.
Overall we have a great experience with staffs. They were eager to help with traveling and offer lots of suggestion around the areas.
