Primary Queen Bedroom with En Suite Bath. Couch in the Primary pulls out into a Twin.
Primary En Suite Bathroom has a walk in shower
Guest Bedroom has a Full bed
Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Open-concept living room/kitchen
Fun Loft/Lounge Space with picture window (there is a ladder used to get up to the Loft) - Modular Couch (does not pull out) can sleep another person (or guests can use the floor mattress provided)
Washer/Dryer in hallway alcove
Back patio directly off of the Primary bedroom

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor parking on the side of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.

This property does not have air conditioning.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!
-No AC
Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks.
NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood.
For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.

Our group had an amazing time staying at this house! It was perfect for the 6 adults that we had. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We arrived at the house in a snow storm, which was exciting! The house was warm, steps were cleared of the snow and ice. The next morning, we went out early for breakfast in town and came back to a plowed driveway. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The host was quick to respond to questions and extremely friendly.Everything in this house was gorgeous. The decorations, kitchen, bathrooms, bedding. All new, clean and beautiful. This was also at a perfect location for being in nature while also having access to Leadville just 18 minutes away. I saw a fox running in the snow the first morning after getting out of bed and then on our last night there, we saw a big herd of at least 50 elk and got to seen them again in the morning on our drive out of town. Very cool! We came to town for the Leadville Skijoring, which was a blast. Highly recommend attending that if you can! Would 100% return to this house.
