Excellent quality vs. price apartment. Highly recommend it.

New and very clean two-rooms apartment. Both rooms are spacious enough. The kitchen is equipped with most of the equipment that is needed for a few days stay. The bathroom is also very big and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The host was very nice and polite (we communicated only through phone and texts). Free parking is included in the backyard, but also could park for free on the street. There are a supermarket, a bakery, and a gas station near the apartment. The host had prepared very detailed information about the apartment and about the most tourist attractions in and near Bari.

The apartment is located about 5 km. away from the tourist downtown area, but there are two direct bus lines which take about 20-25 minutes to downtown. This is not a huge downside because similar apartments in downtown are of worse quality and much higher price so it's worth taking a bus trip to downtown (for €1 per person), having that parking downtown is difficult to find and much more expensive.
