Ubicación, cuarto de baño, el silencio y que me permitieron entrar una hora y media antes.
En una ocasión importante tuve problemas de comunicación escrita con el propietario pero al final me lo pude solucionar, podía haberle llamado por teléfono y quizás hubiera sido lo correcto, pero no hablo ni inglés ni croata.
La única mesa estaba rota, tenía forma de seta y el tablero se inclinaba hacia los lados, había que tener cuidado con los líquidos.

emplacement au top pour visiter Zagreb, petit studio mais bien agencé, très agréable. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue juste en face du porche et nous avons payé à la journée un ticket à l'horodateur pour prendre le temps de visiter Zagreb, sinon on ne peut payer que par créneaux de 2 heures..
à 5 ou 10 min à pied des attractions touristiques de Zagreb.
un parking gratuit aurait été apprécié , sinon aucun point négatif

Am discutat foarte bine cu proprietara care ne-a recomandat un loc de brunch excelent
Aer conditionat si frigider
Poate fi facuta curatenie pe jos si in baie mai cu atentie
Poate pe viitor proprietara se gandeste cum sa ofere acces in parcare fara sa trebuiasca sa astepti sa deschida ea bariera sau sa o deranjezi la 12 noaptea

Decent location, good value for money
Lack of instructions prior to arrival and difficult to contact host. Dead cockroaches on floor inside were a point of concern. Curtain pole fell and caused injury. We also noticed on exit that lockbox had been tried (with correct code) while we were inside.
