Discover the beauty of Buffalo and Niagara falls from this 3-bedroom house. Nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood in Amherst, this awesome property offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests. With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, you'll find comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. The house features modern amenities like a hair dryer, heating, AC, WiFi, iron, and a washing machine. The 2 fully renovated bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Please note there are short flight stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Also, there is a no shoe policy in the house. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply relaxing in the cozy living spaces, we hope you enjoy what our place and Buffalo has to offer. Niagara falls is only 25 minutes away. The Buffalo bills stadium is 30 minutes.

Basement had lot of dust. Host was easy to connect and help. Kitchen should have more utensils and there was no cutting board. On request, got one soon. Coffee maker needs attention. Rest all good..nice location. Enjoyed the stay

Too many stairs for my wife and I, we are in our late 70s and She uses a walker to get around. I should have read the description rather than look at pictures.
