Lovely stay - The entire team is very humble and caring. The front desk lady, unfortunately I forgot her name, may be Ms. Biswas was very supportive and helpful throughout our 2 nights stay at Naksel Hotel. We got a room on higher floor with excellent facilities and great view to enjoy. The breakfast was very delicious and had lots of variety to offer. The restaurant service team was also very efficient and took great care of us. We highly recommend staying at this property as it’s also right in the center of the main market area and very close to most of the sightseeing locations.

We were warmly welcomed and shown up to a huge, light filled beautiful bedroom with an amazing view of the square below and hills beyond. The room was immaculately clean with extremely comfortable beds (including feather pillows). We had three meals, two lunches and one breakfast. All were cooked to order. We can highly recommend the Thali which was beautifully presented.
