It is very comfortable with modern interior furniture, I saw there are two options , small apartment and larger. I was in the larger one and recommend it I think theere was little difference in the price. Microwave, kitchen where to make breakfast, large refrigerator, two beds (one is separate room,) an indoor terrace, it's quiet, air conditioner to help with hot days.
I also recommend to stay longer maybe 3 days or so.
No elevator, but the steps to the room are not difficult to climb. Parking is insane, but after a detailed research, around the university looks like a good option, a saw plenty of free parking slots there.
The bathroom maybe need a little more maintenance. The sofa bed is annoying when you sit on and it slides with you in most of the cases.
Early/late Check-in, requires additional taxes. There was a deposit that I am still waiting to be restored.

Good conditions and nice location.
I didn’t like the fact that I was asked to pay a €100 security deposit, and this was not advertised in the Booking.com listing when I made the reservation. I believe this information should be clearly stated in the property description and booking conditions, as being asked to pay an additional amount without prior notice can seem suspicious and unpleasant for the guest.
Apart from this, everything else was good.

L'aria condizionata. L'ambiente silenzioso.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con il sifone del lavandino che si è staccato a metà soggiorno impedendoci l'uso della cucina. Avrei gradito poter comunicare con l'host telefonicamente, mentre la disponibilità della stessa era solo con messaggi WA e risposte non sempre veloci. Nel complesso l'host ha fatto quello che poteva e ci é venuta incontro.

La prenotazione di per sè è stata un regalo per altri, appartamento abbastanza gradito nel complesso anche se non vicinissimo al centro come menzionato nella descrizione.
Da prenotante avrei gradito più trasparenza in fase di prenotazione: un importo cauzionale a sorpresa vi viene preautorizzato a due giorni dall’arrivo, da un sito esterno che non ha nulla a che fare con Booking.com. Tutto ció perché l’host vi manda a fare il check in tramite un link su una piattaforma esterna, dove appunto vi viene chiesta la carta di credito per il sopracitato deposito. Sottolineo a due giorni dall’arrivo quando si è oltre i termini di cancellazione Booking.
Come se non bastasse, alla fine del soggiorno la preautorizzazione viene stornata con qualche euro in meno rispetto ai soldi bloccati. Insomma qualche euro qua qualche euro là, si fa la cresta. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni viene negato tutto con risposte a monosillabi ed evasive.
