Het makkelijke contact met de manager en de self incheck.
Vochtig, geen airco, zwembad had geen water, bar was dicht. Bed was echt veel te hard.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. Clean sheets and towels. We could drop off our luggage before check-in and come back to our room after a day of hiking. When we arrived, we were also allowed to take a shower in the common bathroom, which was great after a night-bus ride. Easy check-in and check-out, great staff and communication. The location is close to the centre, the Fansipan railway and all the restaurants.
The bathroom was a little dusty and the floors not so clean, but otherwise was good.
