I like Bulding and room design with bacony river view concept very natural ! Resort very big landscat big gardent and beautiful resturant and bar in rever front with mountain view....

We loved our stay here! We are a family of four, traveling with a 3-year-old and an infant, and the staff were wonderful. A special thank you to Pan at reception, who genuinely helped us from the bottom of her heart with every request and made our stay much easier.
Both pools were amazing. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view over the lake, while the main pool has a great slide that our 3-year-old absolutely loved!
There were also plenty of activities for families. We played mini golf together, took a paddle boat on the lake, and visited the park they built on the property. Our child still spent most of the time asking to go back to the pool though! 😄
Most of the staff speak English, which made communication easy throughout our stay.
The location can be a little tricky if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. For example, we weren't able to find a suitable car through Grab. Luckily, Pan at reception helped us find alternatives, and in the end we took two tuk-tuks - one for us and one for our luggage - which worked well.
The breakfast was good, with a cooking station where they could prepare fresh omelets and noodle soup. However, I think there is still some room for improvement. It would be great to have proper complimentary coffee options such as cappuccino or latte, as well as a few more breakfast treats such as pancakes or other desserts.

מלון מצויין למשפחות עם ילדים, יש המון המון פעילויות- בריכה עם מגלשה קטנה, כדורסל, כדורגל, טניס, מיני גולף, פינת חי קטנה, סנוקר , כדורעף.
המלון נמצא על נהר ויש גם קיאקים לשימוש.
ניתן להתנייד במלון עם אופניים, יש מבחר גדול לכל הגילאים.
הצוות מעולה, מאוד נחמד ועוזר בכל מה שמבקשים.
לבת שלי הייתה יומהולדת והם עזרו לי להזמין לה עוגה, והכינו לה במסעדה פינה עם בלונים, זה היה מהמם.
היינו 5 בחדר שזה נוח, הוסיפו לנו מיטה.
המיקום - מאוד רחוק מהמרכז של קמפוט, נסיעה של כ15-20 דקות בטוקטוק.
האופניים לא מספיק מתוחזקות.

-la pateaugoire
-le petit déjeuner aléatoire et très peu fait pour les occidentaux
- la chambre n’ont faite quand on revient à 15/16h…
-les fourmis dans la chambre
-qu’on nous disent pouvoir louer des scooters quads… alors que non pas du tout
-pédalo sale
-pas de serviette à la Piscine en ai demandé 2x jamais eu !
-hôtel encore en partie en construction
-pas reconnu sur Grab
