Location not far away from city center and easy to be reached via tram.

4th time here we love the hotel. Room are quiet and very comfy. Bed is amazing too
Bed sheets was not cleaned and AC did not function. We had to change the room

The hotel's location is quite nice. A short walk from the confluence of two rivers. The walk ends in a very nice view.
The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very professional and courteous.
Many eating joints were a short walk away.
Bus stop is also a short walk away.
The room could benefit from having a proper closet. There were hooks available on the wall, which served the purpose, but no place to dump used clothes.
