It’s the perfect distance from the beach and close enough that you can walk but it isn’t too close. It’s quiet and peaceful. The restaurant and bar were close and lovely. Both pools were nice and close to the unit. It was clean and at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. The beds are all full sized. And bedding was fresh and clean towels were clean and neatly available. Welcome kit was helpful as well as the stocked bathrooms. Really lovely location and atmosphere. Very simple costal vibe and it was wonderful.
The washing machine didn’t work and there was not much in the way of kitchen supplies. There are very basic pots and pans and what was there was not clean. It had dried noodles stuck to them. The hot tub was out of service out our whole stay and the gym isn’t available for guests or renters. Parking lot is really loud and busy at 4-5 am with trash pick up and tow trucks and delivery vehicles. Not much of this was the condos fault. It’s just the facts of the stay.

I liked the location of the unit. Could walk to the beach. Harry the Hats was great for food and cocktails.
As far as the condition of the unit , overall the unit was good. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I think it needs to be upgraded a little. The internet was spotty at best. The couch was wool which to me is very itchy when youre hot and sweaty from the beach. Overall it was fine and would go back again.
I didn't like the internet problems. It was off and on which is not conducive to the gamer that I have in my family. Also wish the unit had blinds or black out curtains. The sun was very bright at 6am each morning. The furniture was older and itchy.

It was located pretty close walk to the beach, very room, lots of space. They give you some things to start you out with, like dish soap, laundry soap. So that came in handy.
I didnt like paying for parking or pool passes, I feel it should have been included with the stay. And our dryer was horribly, mechanically loud. Needs replaced. I felt bad for using it, it was that loud.
