Location is excellent, the brahmaputra river bank is only 10 minutes away by walk. The guesthouse is on a lane off lamb road in a quiet area. The guesthouse is close to many cafes and restaurants. Mr. Dimpal and the staff are very accommodating and helpful.
The rooms are a bit dated, otherwise nothing not to like as such. Approach roads may be prone to flooding.

Dimpal the manager was a great host and help at all times. He went out of his way to make my stay and travel arrangements effortless. The Urban Grandeur has a homestay feel about it and the lounge area was so comfortable.
Minor things related to the bathroom - hot water is available but hardly any pressure, and bathroom slippers provided were many sizes too small. Having said that, they weren't worth complaining about.
