We loved our stay at Felicity Cave Villas. The property was very beautifully designed using locally quarried stone and with high quality finishes. The property was very comfortable, very clean and quiet, which suited us perfectly. We hired a car to travel around and see other places and nothing was very far away at all.
What makes this place so special however are the people who looked after us during our stay.
Georgios, the owner, came to meet us when we arrived along with Silva, the lady who looks after the Villa daily. Both are absolutely charming and so warm and friendly. Georgios brought us gifts on several days such as fruit, local nuts and chocolate biscuits for my son, local cheese pies and, as a particularly lovely addition, a cake baked by his very kind mum! The cake was delicious!
Silva was so pleasant and friendly every day and did a fantastic job of keeping the villa spotless every day.
Katerina checked us in and gave us tips on what sights to visit.
Christiana was in contact from the date of booking until we left by what’s app. Christiana acted as our own personal concierge giving us tips on the island, booking restaurants and taxis for us but also she enquired every day about how our meal had been the night before and what are plans were for the day and if we needed any help with any of the arrangements. She was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.
The really wonderful thing was that we were made to feel like part of the family by all of the people we met at this villa and I have never been to a place that has made me feel that way before. We will definitely be back. Thank you Georgios, Silva, Christiana and Katerina - you are a fantastic team ❤️

We had many accommodation options to choose from, but we decided to trust our instincts – and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
From the very first contact, everything was incredibly warm, professional, and well organized. The communication before our arrival was excellent, and everything from the airport to the villa was perfectly coordinated. Even when we unexpectedly missed our original flight, Christiana immediately found a solution for us. We felt genuinely cared for from the very beginning.
The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well air-conditioned, peaceful, and offers complete privacy. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect from everyday life. There is also plenty of parking, which made exploring Santorini by rental car very easy.
Throughout our stay, we could contact the hosts at any time. They recommended wonderful restaurants, hidden places, boat tours, and local experiences. We even enjoyed using the barbecue and bought delicious fresh meat from the supermarket they recommended. Every recommendation was excellent.
What makes this place truly special is the family behind it. Christiana, Georgios, and Katerina are among the kindest and most genuine hosts we have ever met. They treat their guests like friends and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
We are very demanding travelers and usually pay attention to every little detail, but honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If Booking allowed it, we would happily give this place 11/10 without hesitation.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire family, especially Christiana, Georgios, and Katerina, for making our stay so unforgettable. If we ever return to Santorini, there is no question where we will stay. This will always be our number one choice. 🙏🤍💙
