This apartment is just lovely, it has everything you need and can think of. The kitchen is so well equipped, the bedroom has lots of storage space, the app which opens the doors works great, and above all, Julio is the kindest host and is always available. We also really liked the village, casalecchio di reno is 30 mins from bologna, about 45 from Modena and a lot of cute serene towns nearby to explore emilia romagna region.
It’s not a negative, but just note that the apartment is in a residential building and the town is very quiet and not touristy. We loved it, supermarket is 3 mins away and a great pizza one block away.

Zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio. Appartamento spazioso e con tutti i comfort. Host gentile e disponibile. Self check in e ingresso keyless.

Poche volte ho trovato un appartamento così tanto pulito, complimenti innanzitutto a chi lo tiene in queste condizioni perchè il livello era pressochè maniacale, in ogni angolo.
L'host Julio è stato di una disponibilità rara, sempre presente anche alle più improbabili ore del giorno e della notte.
Non c'è molto da dire, consigliato al 1000x1000, ci tornerò di sicuro

Abbiamo trovato diverse qualità di the e infusi, caffe, fette biscottate e marmellate per colazione. Siamo stati in questa struttura per un concerto all'Unipol Arena. Questo appartamento è davvero delizioso, attrezzato nei minimi particolari. Complimenti all'host.
