MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO FUE LO QUE ESPERABAMOS, NI LO QUE SALE EN LAS FOTOS

Lo único que puede gustar de este establecimiento es un poco la ubicacion, aunque la playa que dicen que está a pasos ya no existe, hay que caminar como 4 cuadras para llegar a la playa.

mi estadía no fue por lo que yo pague: Estuve en la hab 322. 1) cuando llegamos en la tarde NO había agua caliente y nos dijeron que para la noche se resolvía el tema. El agua caliente nunca llegó ni en la noche ni en la mañana del día siguiente. 2) En la noche se metió una cucaracha en la habitación y mi esposa no pudo dormir hasta altas horas de la noche hasta que se matara el insecto. 3) El internet solo servía en la sala y en la noche a las 9pm ya dejó de funcionar, en la habitación no hay señal. 4) la bañera de hidromasaje que ponen en la foto tampoco funciona, y personal me dijo que desde ya hace más de 3 meses que eso está apagado, pero eso NO lo ponen en la descripción. 5) Las sillas de afuera de la terraza las acababan de pintar de azul hace muy poco tiempo y la pintura aún estaba fresca por lo que al sentarme en la silla se me mancho el pantalón con pintura de petroleo asi que la mancha no saldrá perdiendo el pantalón. 60 dolares perdidos. 6) pedí cambio de habitación y me lo dieron, así que tuvimos que bajar las maletas desde el piso 3 y despues subir de nuevo hasta otra habitación también en el piso 3, solo una persona ayudo con una mochila. Esta habitación era mucho mejor que la otra,l no puedo negarlo, y si había agua caliente, sin embargo el internet duró hasta las 9 de la noche y listo, regreso hasta las 9 de la mañana. 7) La playa no queda a pocos pasos, eso era al menos hace 2 años, ya la playa que se "supone" está a pasos NO EXISTE, el mar llega hasta las construcciones por lo que no hay playa sino como a unas 5 cuadras. NO me quedaría acá en una nueva oportunidad
