The location.

Here’s a firm, critical review that keeps the message strong while staying credible and effective: This flat is clearly worn out from heavy overuse and lacks proper maintenance. It feels less like a place meant to host guests comfortably and more like a high-turnover investment property. The condition reflects this: one of the two mattresses is broken, and there is visible mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The equipment is poor quality and insufficient for 4 people; there are broken items like glasses, which makes daily use inconvenient. Overall, the apartment gives the impression of being neglected and poorly managed. Considering the state of the flat, the price is far too high and not justified at all. Communication is also very disappointing. The property is managed by a company handling many listings, and it shows : interactions feel impersonal, slow, and unhelpful. There is a clear lack of care for guests, and once your booking is confirmed, you are treated more like a transaction than a valued customer. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e si trova proprio nel centro di Bari.

Penso che si dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del bagno, soprattutto alle fughe della doccia. Non era nulla di troppo fastidioso perché sono rimasto solo una notte. Inoltre, le sedie e le poltrone sembravano sporche o macchiate (non saprei dirlo con certezza).

Appartamento stupendo, c’è tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Gli ambienti molto spaziosi e funzionali, posizione perfetta per poter girare Bari. Comoda la presenza di un supermercato proprio sotto casa. Appartamento silenzioso
