Great location with restaurants, cafes and shops a short walk away. 10 min walk to the ski lift. Very clean. Comfortable lounge room. Fully stocked kitchen and large fridge/freezer. Warm. Would stay again.

The common space was huge, great for cooking and hanging out. Rooms were thoughtfully located at the first floor so there was no need to carry the luggage upstairs. There are also two bathrooms. Place was well heated. There are some eateries and a bakery along the stretch of road that the property resides.
Each room has 2 beds, but the rooms don’t really have enough space to accommodate 2 big luggage (or more). Also to note for the walkers, the accoms is roughly 1.3km from hirafu welcome centre on a hill (uphill towards mountain, downhill to accoms).

This is a super quaint and comfortable chalet. It was very conveniently located and in a quiet part of Niseko which assured you could rest after a massive day.
With the super cold weather, you could not really use the house. It is without significant creaking noises which woke us up several times during the night, and led to having to turn off heaters altogether downstairs. The other significant issue is the smell of the bathroom drains! I’m not sure what contributed to the significance of the stench but it’s also very difficult to ventilate a cold house when it’s snowing.

The rugs were a little worn, chairs too low for the dining table, and bathroom shower head could not be adjusted
