Stay at a privately owned, furnished suite at the located at 7150 N Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. Experience the Resort style living at the Sarasota Cay Club condos and Ramada Wyndham Waterfront Hotel. Perfectly situated just minutes away from all that Sarasota and Bradenton have to offer, Ringling Museum, Van Wetzel Performing Arts Hall, including our famous sugar sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, IMG Academy, Sarasota International Airport, premier shopping, dining and entertainment as well as many outdoor activities to enjoy year-round. Unique opportunity to stay at a condotel fully furnished studio with Wi-Fi and Cable included. This suite also features a Retro refrigerator, with Keurig coffee maker with assorted starter pods provided or use the French press and the kettle. Naturally, the unit is equipped with microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, and all cookware to cook for yourself. You will have access to the Fitness Center, Heated Pool, Laundry Facilities and new fireplace in waiting lounge on site. Enjoy living the Vacation Life all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar (Tarpon Bay), on site for your Enjoyment. This property is in a great Location, and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Two Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. May be reserved for 2 nights minimum, longer stays more the seven nights rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property keeps you connected, and our fitness room makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. It also features guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Boat docks are also available use the Ramada app. No need to worry forgetting some of your toiletries, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or a fresh bar of soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Laundry is just across the property in the north building. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request one week before check-in. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $40.00. We manage two other suites, one with Marina Water views at this location, VRBO # 4157150, or VRBO # 4157152 and may have an opening for your stay please inquire. ** Please Note: That prices go up on Dec 13th, 2026, through April 30th, 2027. I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want to advertise this hidden gem. We want to keep it all to ourselves. We stayed two nights on a last minute booking over the 4th of July weekend. The room was perfect. Clean and cozy with absolutely everything we needed. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. The property was very nice. Check in was fast and easy and Lynn at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The host was very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout. The tiki bar on property was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy a drink or two. The mojitos made by John were the best we’ve ever had. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Live music was a very nice touch. We already have plans to come back.

We traveled to Sarasota for some beach time. We found everything as listed. Easy check in and out. Great food and music at the Restaurant on the property. Thanks for and enjoyable weekend.

My daughter and I were in town for her gymnastics meet. Loved all the little details in the space- cold water bottles, extra beach towels, plenty of coffee, quality bath towels, champagne at check-in. The tiki bar was fantastic with great live music and a spectacular view. Enjoyed the pool. Ty.
