A short drive from downtown Pagosa Springs, great dining, boutique shopping, the hot springs, skiing, and other outdoor activities.

Our stay was absolutely great! The house is in a perfect location, close to the lake. Plenty of cook/dishware. The video arcade was a hit for all of us in the evening winding down. Coffee and espresso station with stocked goodies was awesome!. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Two AC units provided plenty of cooling for hot August days. Views from the front porch were perfect, and we had lots of animals visit. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks for having us!

The property was great - very clean, nice location, easy check-in, and a garage to park inside. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and wouod recommend to anyine heading to Pagosa. We will definitely return!! Our little dog enjoyed the area as well!

We were very pleased with our stay. They had everything you could possibly need: dog crates, pack & plays, high chairs, laundry, fold out cot, coffee maker, and grill. The arcade game was a fun addition to the house, our kids loved it. We didn’t personally use it, but the garage is available for parking as well. The only thing that would improve the stay is a full size mirror. Other than that, everything was very clean and worked. We loved that Netflix was readily available. The property is only 5 minutes from the main strip with lots of dining options and a walking trail around the neighborhoods. The house had large windows with breath taking views. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was immaculately clean and we could see partial view of a pretty lake from upstairs balcony off master bdrm and window in master bath.
