The good:
A clean apartment with a cheerful modern look, a few minutes’ walk from the UFO/convention center.
Great management company was prompt at dealing with issues that arose during my 2-week stay.
The bad:
The building itself is incredibly dirty and decrepit. There is clearly mold in the lobby. Photos from the building are included below.
The entire bathroom including the toilet and shower is two square meters. So the shower is so small that you can barely turn around in it.
The AC is solid by European standards, but there were some hot August nights where I slept on the couch because it was a few degrees colder than the bedroom.

Apartamentul foarte frumos. Foarte curat. Comunicarea cu gazda a foarte ușoară . Apartamentul se află foarte aproape de gară, centru și obiectivele turistice principale.
Dormitorul este foarte mic . Nu are aer condiționat. Dacă închizi ușa , te sufoci noaptea.
Apartamentul este exact vis-a-vis de ușa de acces pe palier. Ușa are un sunet foarte stringent de fiecare dată când se deschide.

Apartament był absolutnie fantastyczny! Niesamowicie klimatyczny, przytulny i bardzo ciepły – od razu można poczuć się jak w domu. Wyposażenie było kompletne, naprawdę niczego nam nie brakowało, wszystko było przemyślane i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o komfort gości. Dodatkowo apartament był idealnie czysty, co zrobiło na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie.
Ogromnym atutem jest także lokalizacja – praktycznie wszędzie jest blisko. W kilka chwil można dojść zarówno pod Spodek, jak i na Rynek, a w okolicy znajdują się przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, klimatyczne kawiarnie oraz sklepy. Dużym plusem są również dostępne miejsca parkingowe pod blokiem.
Mimo centralnego położenia apartament jest bardzo cichy – nie było słychać ani sąsiadów, ani miejskiego zgiełku, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie! ✨
