Welcome to Cascade Village Resort and welcome to our beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom, luxury condominium located 2 miles North of Purgatory Ski Resort.
Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

• Updated unit with stone counter tops and stainless steel appliances
• Ready to cook-in kitchen
• Microwave, coffee makers (drip and single serve- k-cups included) and toaster
• 5 Smart TVs- one in living room, one in each bedroom and one in the loft.
• Wood burning fireplace (firewood included)
• 2 Balconies with patio furniture
• WIFI- high speed
• Bath towels, pool towels and linens
• Covered parking

Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

The property was super clean and wonderful. Brandon was a great communicator and immediately responded to our questions. We stayed for 5 days and are looking forward to staying there in the future. Would highly recommend!
