Very nice location! Next to the beach, restaurants, etc
The check-in was a little difficult, because I couldn't contact the host through Booking, the apartment wasn't really clean and there was only a half toilet paper available, so I had to buy it for my staying

Amazing location - close the a beach, restaurants and a bus stop. Owner is responsive and possible communicate in english via Whatsapp.
The overall booking and organizational process was unfortunately very confusing. The property is managed by multiple parties (Booking.com, Belvilla, a local partner, and the owner), and each communicated with us separately without coordinating with one another. This lack of alignment created significant stress for us. For example, although we paid the city tax in advance via Belvilla, the owner insisted we pay him again in cash. This situation was very uncomfortable, and neither Belvilla nor the local partner provided helpful support despite our repeated attempts to contact them.
The apartment itself could have been cleaner. For instance, the dishwasher had not been cleaned in a very long time and was unusable. The check-in process was also difficult: the owner did not allow us to check in one hour earlier or even drop off our bags, and when we did arrive, he had forgotten to leave the keys. We then had to wait for him to return to provide access, which added more stress.
Overall, what was meant to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful experience due to the lack of coordination between the managing parties and the poor support provided. With better organization and attention to cleanliness, this could have been a much more positive stay.
