Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the station and the cathedral. Really big room, with a coffee machine and fridge, and good sized bathroom too.
Staff not always immediately available at main desk. The air-con unit, which was on the wall directly above the door, dripped, making a wet patch below. Every time you used the door, you had to open it and stand back, otherwise you got a drenching.

The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated having access to extra pillows which were not feather, without having to ask for them.
The location was really good, only 10 minutes from the main train station (walking slowly), and near places to eat.
While we had a big room, it was only accessible via steps up and down, and we had a fair amount of luggage, which made it rather inconvenient. The hotel has several building joined together so I would advise you ask for a room in the main building if stairs are a challenge in any way.
The staff was very insistent on us buying breakfast, which I found annoying when I told them several times we were leaving too early for that.

Very convenient location next to the station, comfortable room, friendly staff, quiet, good value for money.
Slightly awkward getting to the room - we had to carry our suitcases up and down some short flights of stairs as the lift didn't access every floor.
