The Landing property made for a perfect stay! Beautiful, quiet, and clean space! The bed was amazingly comfortable! Having a washer, dryer, and vacuum in the unit was so useful while traveling with a 3 year old. The shops and restaurants in walking distance were so convenient. This has become an absolute favorite for me.

It was exactly what we needed for two days of a dance comp for my daughter. The alternative would have been a rectangle hotel room with no room to spread out. Next stop is Panama City Beach, and I was a little sad that we could find any Landing listings there!

Pros: cleanliness, locations, price. Cons: I had issues with them sending me messages everyday about submitting my documents when I had already done it which was super annoying. Had to call them twice to get it squared away. Someone got pretty loud screaming and fighting in the hallway but that happens anywhere. Bring an Eye mask if you need complete darkness to sleep. Shower pressures were pretty weak.

The room was spotless. Very clean smell. Quiet stay. It was a great to have free parking available on premise.
