On the first floor of a secure building with several other apartments, this air-conditioned 35 m² apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby bed available—see photos). Since 2026, the extra bed has been replaced with a real single bed for greater comfort.
Ideal for short, long, or business stays, the apartment is located in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse. Enjoy easy access to the city while staying in a calm, comfortable setting.
The living area combines lounge and bedroom: table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage. In the evening, it transforms into a bedroom with two thick 90 cm x 2 m beds and one single bed. The bathroom features a shower, sink, neutral soap, and hairdryer, while the toilet is separate.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and coffee machines compatible with various formats—ideal for preparing meals at your own pace.
On request, all baby essentials (travel crib, high chair, stroller) are available. Cleaning products, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for your convenience. A secure luggage locker is also offered on the ground floor for your arrivals and departures, available for an extra fee.
Please note, there is no elevator.
