Très bon emplacement et chambre propre. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à entrer dans notre chambre et avons reçu immédiatement de l'aide de l'employé qui était présent.
Le lit était un peu dur et il n'y avait pas de savon de savon pour se laver les mains dans la salle de bain.

The room is very clean! There's no ants, not any insects in the room. Bed is so comfortable, sheets are high quality and feels good! Water server is settled in the room, shower is good, and tv on the wall is nice! Free laundry machine including detergent is very useful! Also thank you for free morning coffee!

La comunicazione per l’accoglienza è stata molto precisa e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema (risposte sempre veloci). Sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni con il giusto anticipo e il self check in è stato semplice. La stanza era molto pulita.
Le parti comuni avrebbero bisogno di essere più ordinate e pulite. Sono molto diverse dalle condizioni della stanza (dentro un mondo, fuori un mondo completamente diverso). Inoltre la posizione, a parte per vedere il mercato del weekend, non è comodissima per visitare il resto della città (spostamenti di 30-40 min circa in taxi o grab per raggiungere i posti più comunemente visitati). Il quartiere non è bellissimo ma le persone tailandesi sono talmente carine e pacifiche che non vedi mai nulla di “brutto” o pericoloso tanto da non farti sentire al sicuro.
Attenziome: noi eravamo 3 e avevamo un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto ma in realtà quest’ultimo si apriva e consisteva solo in uno stato sottile di cuscini che poggiavano direttamente a terra (molto simile al dormire in campeggio perchè non erano confortevoli (anche se accettabili).
