Overall, the property was good value for money and had everything we needed for our stay.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room and toilet, which was uncomfortable for me. Also, the main door was very difficult to open and needs to be repaired.

Emplacement pratique et stratégique pour visiter la région de Durbuy. Le magasin au rez-de-chaussée est donc très accessible. Gare, restaurants, boulangeries à proximité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et avenant.
L'emplacement est proche d'une route à fort trafic, gênant lorsqu'il faut aérer les pièces, ce qui est indispensable avec la température la nuit.

Moisissures dans le bac à lessive de la machine à laver Machine à café non détartrée donc elle ne fonctionnait pas Le store de la salle de bain était cassé

L'hôte a fait un geste pour le désagrément. L'appartement était propre et calme. Les équipements pour la cuisine étaient ok et propres également. La présence d’une machine à laver est appréciable. La sdb était propre malgré un problème d'égouts qui refoulent. À deux pas de Durbuy, très bien placé et facile à trouver. Le check-in en arrivée autonome était très facile.
Appartement ok, mais séjour en demi-teinte. La douche dégageait une forte odeur d’égout, qui aurait mérité d’être signalée avant notre arrivée. L’installation électrique de la lumière de la sdb est apparente, cachée derière un cadre; dans une pièce humide ça pose question. Nous avons également regretté le nombre limité de dosettes de café mais l'hôte nous en a déposé à notre demande. La literie est de mauvaise qualité, matelas très dur, les draps eux étaient propres cela dit. Des détails facilement améliorables, mais qui font la différence. Dommage, en espérant que ces petites améliorations soient mises en place..
