The property was very clean and in a very good location
I didn’t like the room service quite frankly it was terrible, everything took a long time, when room cleaning came they never completely cleaned the room or left any towels once we used them, had to ask repeatedly, also be careful using their drivers to take you to hotspots like gulmarg etc because they up charge and take commission. Use AI to help with pricing.
