The rooms were beautiful and great value for money, with a bath tub, four poster bed and lots of character. I extended my stay and booked to come back
I found staff quite tricky to get hold of (particularly when having difficulty checking in to the building remotely). I’d also pre arranged via WhatsApp to leave my bags in the new room when I was changing room and was then told that this wasn’t possible, meaning I had to leave my bags in an unmanned area for hours (the cleaner was quite rude to me when I challenged this)

It was in a good location for the Old city.
The room was large, air con was good and upstairs we had a balcony.
The bathroom was disappointing
Shower curtain had black mould stains and was frayed and the blinds in the room were not great either.
