Amazing location and spacious flat with 2 full bath rooms and good showers. Kitchen quite big and with a nice little balcony.
Somehow it seems like the cleaning staff was rushed in the end and did not properly vacuum the living room. There was some dirt/dust right around the sofas.

És molt gran, molt net, lluminós, espaiós, a 15 minuts caminant del centre. La cuina té de tot, aire acondicionat a cada habitació, dos banys i llits molt còmodes.

very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. even the coffee machine had enough coffee capsules for our stay. great location, walkable to all tourist places in Bologna. the apartment hits all the right spots for a comfortable, family stay with kids.
nothing major. only a small suggestion for the host to fix for future customers. one of the bathroom had poor lighting and with a lack of central mirror near the sink, it made quite tricky for me to shave in the morning. but not a biggie nor a deal breaker. we would gladly stay there again on a return visit. thank you for everything and for being a great host.
