You can walk to Xavier, spend the day at the Cincinnati Zoo, explore OTR or head downtown for a game—and then come home to a beautifully updated Cincinnati house where everyone has room to spread out.



The home combines historic character with a bright, modern interior, including exposed brick, beautiful bathrooms, an updated kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces.

Woodburn Villa is located in Evanston, near Xavier University and convenient to many of Cincinnati's most popular neighborhoods and attractions.



The location is particularly convenient for Xavier University and Cintas Center, while Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, OTR and downtown Cincinnati are all within easy reach.



You'll have a residential home base while still being close to the restaurants, sports, entertainment and attractions that bring visitors to Cincinnati.



We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.



GETTING AROUND



One of the biggest advantages of Woodburn Villa is the ability to walk to Xavier University.



For the Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, OTR, downtown and Cincinnati's sports venues, driving or rideshare is recommended.
