Very clean and really well located for Dubrovnik Old Town. My only really observations are that access could be an issue if you struggle with mobility. The access to our room (3) was via a very narrow staircase via an odd outward opening door. The room was lovely with the exception of the positioning of the tv which was essentially in the landing area with some tiny stools to sit on. We were spending most of our time out but when back the location of the TV made it useless. The accommodation was also next to a fairly noise alleyway however, the host kindly provides soft ear plugs. Finally the skylight can’t be covered so we would have been served well bringing a sleep mask as sunrise is early. Overall a lovely room and location with just some small issues.

Good value and a really great location just a minute from Ploce Gate of the Old Town. It was also very convenient for pick-ups for the few days trips I had booked. Communication with the owner was great leading up to my break away, a helpful welcome pack sent in advance, and checking in was easy. Clean, bright, and airy room.

I had an amazing stay here, the location is perfect, right by the city gate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
