Great location - 5-10 minutes walk to the historic centre, and 10 minutes to the station for day trips (e.g Florence, Modena). Flat was very comfortable and clean and all the facilities worked as expected. Just provided some water and coffee capsules ready for arrival.
Occasional noise from the street but not really a problem. Windows are small. Hard to dry clothes with no balcony. And the dishwasher tablets provided had got wet and could not be used. But these are minor things and didn't detract from a great stay.

The flat is in a great location, easily walkable to both the central train station and city center! It also includes all of the amenities we could have hoped for: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and sofa bed. The host is a great communicator and helped make the arrival process quite smooth for us.
Since the flat is on the ground floor, we did hear some noise from the street, though it was lessened by the provided white noise machine. The window shades do not cover all of the windows, so if you are light sensitive, it is hard to sleep on the sofa bed.
