Zostel was a lovely experience! Morrison deserves a special mention for his excellent hospitality and the way he made us feel comfortable. He was friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. It’s people like him who make a place stand out. Would definitely recommend checking this place out during your Neil Island trip!

Location good but up a hill and up 2 flights of stairs so be aware. Room and hostel very functional and met our needs for access to town and ferry, walked to town about 15-20 mins, ferry 10 (without bags).
Rooftop area was nice open space, food reasonably priced.
Apart from taking bags up stairs which wasn't a big problem it did what was advertised.
A fridge and better securing door would be an improvement.

Lacked warmth as in other hostels- no welcome tea/coffee items, no tooth brush/paste, no small cooking arrangements, inadequately equipped common area, HIGHLY OVERPRICED - Properties close by (nd better located) at lesser cost with breakfast
