The property was beautifully designed and clean and quiet. Location is near the piers. Greeted warmly by Mam, and she was very helpful and sweet. Room was well equipped with complimentary mini bar and snacks, projector and even an umbrella. Definitely enjoyed how tucked away from the bustle of Bangkok it felt. And the cold fruits in the fridge on the ground floor was godsent after a hot day exploring.
Didn't apply to me, but note for those who are less mobile/with lots of lugagge that there is no elevator on site due to city regulations for older buildings.

It was very clean and new and in a good position.
There was a lot of noise from apartment doors banging. They need to change the doors so they do a soft silent close instead of banging.
